Automation and link it to existing systems
To enable customers to place online orders, automate the ordering process and make it compatible with the inventory management and billing systems. Tok Food orders were mostly done by telephone and email up until now. This naturally cost too much time and work to process. How much easier would it be if the customer could place and pay orders themselves with an application? This would also make the process less prone to errors and much more efficient.

We developed an application for Tok Food for both mobile and web, where clients make an account and directly place their orders, and are able to review these.

An application and e-commerce solution allowing customers to easily place orders, manage the inventory and make repeat orders. We coupled these to Tok Food’s existing inventory management and billing system. The work flow is now much more efficient and the client can place their order anywhere they would like.
